a 2005 Scion xb with 114,000 miles, good or bad buy?

im going to buy m first car n i found a Scion xb that i really liked but it has 114,000 miles on it n its being sold for $11,000. is it worth it?

if a 4 year old car has over 100,000 miles it should be worth less than half of what it cost brand new.
