That seems high to me for only being 2 years old. Thats 35000 miles a year. Anything I should look for. Also how many miles do these usually get, I mean they are made by toyota so it should be good right?

I drive a lot and my 2006 tC has about 50,000..i don't do many trips but it depends on where the miles came from (city or highway) Highway miles aren't as hard on the vehicle compared to city miles..If its a good deal price wise then i would go for it! I have had no problems with my tC.. good luck!! :)

It all depends. What are they asking for it? Has it ever been in an accident? What are your plans for it? Does it check out with your mechanic?

Toyota and Scion are reliable in general. Unfortunately it is usually the individual car that makes the most difference. Make sure the owner has taken good care of it, done the proper maintenence, and do some tests on the car. On average a driver in the US will put on 12-15K miles in a year. It may be more if two people share the same car. You should also be able to bargain for a pretty good discount because the average 5 or 6-year old car will have ~70K miles.
