Since you specified that it is for a stock tC (answers his turbo/non turbo question) and they only make 1 size engine (answers engine size question), then your answer is easily found with an internet search.

The link he provided clearly states that the tC goes from 0-60mph in 7.4 seconds, whereas the other Scion models do it in just under 10 seconds.
