Scion tC questions??

Im thinking about getting one of these but before I get anything I like to check it out online. I wanted to get some owners perspective on the tC because alot of the things I have been reading about went on and on about how the paint flakes on some cars and how the toyota dealership didnt want to recognize it. I need a car to get me around town but also something I can have fun with. I was just curious on how fast it is, what kind of gas mileage Im looking at, and other things any owners could tell me about.

Paint has a 5 year 50,000 mile warranty and a few people who did not take care of car doesn't make toyota paint bad. It is same as any other Toyota paint. Toyota being number 1 in sales and if they had 1000 people complain about paint it would not be 1/1000 of 1% or even less.
