Hey everyone, I have some horrible news. On Dec. 18th at around 11:30, I got t-boned by a drunk driver. Luckily, she hit the front right of my car (driver side wheel well) and it took most of the force of the hit. I was making a left turn at a stop sign when she attempted to pass me on a 2 lane road. She hit me, a witness behind us said my vehicle spun 360 degrees and the vehicle traveled forward about 50 feet or so before stopping. Both of her airbags deployed..and my vehicle has side and curtain airbags (same thing?) but none of them deployed, I find that to be odd. I was okay, however the driver of the other vehicle had to go to the hospital with mild injuries. I just don't understand why people feel the need to drive when drunk. I hope justice will be served, and her license revoked. When I entered the vehicle, I was able to shift throughout all the gears without the clutch being opened. The front bumper on the passenger side was barely hanging on. Would anyone happen to know or have any idea if my insurance company will total the vehicle?

The vehicle is a 2006 Scion Tc with 40,000 miles. All standard equipment. Additional equipment included 250 dollar worth or aesthetic extras from Scion, XM Radio, and the vehicle interior was in superb shape. It just has a full detail, passed inspection and in perfect working order.
