How much is this 2008 Scion TC worth and do you think its a Girly color?

I am looking at a burgandy 2008 Scion TC. The car is automatic and has 20,990 miles and comes with all kinds of upgrades. Of course it comes standard with everything your ordinary scion comes with but on top of that it includes:

Fog Lights
Rear Pedestal Spoiler
18in Scion brand Rims (not stock)
Upgraded Pioneer Radio
2 - 12 Kicker Subs with 2 - 1000 Watt Amps
Custom molding
Custom Tinted Windows

The dealer is asking $16,988 but if I print out the add that the car is listed at then I get $500.00 off. So I know I can get it for atleast $16,488. I plan on offering $15,500 and see what happens from there. Do you guys think it is worth that and also do you think the color is girly? I am a 20 year old male and that is really the only thing I don't like about the car is the color.

I would question the color, the price, and the mileage. 20,990 miles on a 2008??? What was it, a rental???????

If you really really like the car, go ahead and buy it. Otherwise, I'd definitely look elsewhere-maybe even at a different type of car because Scions don't have high depreciation so they aren't exactly the best used values on the market. Why not consider a new car? Especially now-I mean dealers are practically throwing these things away! Unless you hate American cars
