How e-z is it to break into a 07 Scion tC ?

yesterday i backed my car into a parking spot (trunk facing the hump stop) at school and when i can back to leave and go home it was parked in (hood facing the hump stop)? none of my friends took my keys or played a joke on me ( no one has a key to my car not even my mom and she does not know where i keep the spare at too) so im wondering if its easy to break into my car using the factory alarm system??? Any help will due i'm scared to drive it cause i dont want the person to take it??

I was not drunk at all im a student work that was at work at school and i had finals that day as well. Drinking was never part of the question.

Seems you either forgot to back the car in as you remember it or your friends played a trick on you. It is possible to turn a car around with a jack that has wheels. The whole car doesn't have to be lifted up; just the wheels that are locked by the emergency brake. So I don't think you have too much to worry about.

As a precaution, take note of your mileage each time you park or reset the trip meter to zero. If someone did have a key - don't ask me how - you can see if the car was driven. then you can start to worry.

No offense but thats funny. We did that to one of our co-worker back in the days when we were all college students working part time. We took her car keys with her knowing and moved her car from one side of the building to the other. Poor girls was ready to cry. I know it was a terrible thing to do but it was funny, after all it was her last day working with us. :)
Anyways back to your question. I think someone did the same thing with you. Your friends took your keys from you without you knowing and pulled a prank on you. Every tC comes standard with a engine immoblizer, and without the key with a chip there is no way of starting the car. And the darn thing ways about 3300 lbs, lets just say your whole School Football team will be needed to pick it up and turn it around. Dont worry, your car is as safe as it can be. Hope this helps.

Someone had key. first it will not start without key, second to get in will set off alarm unless you lift front higher then back end and not drop below. You were drunk enough to not know how car got that way then you were drunk enough for someone to take keys. It is extremely unlikely they moved it unless 12-14 bodybuilders picked up and moved without turning alarm on. Not likely.
