well since your not going for the Civic Si the go for the Scion tc.
it has more power, making if more fun to drive over the Ex.

but test drive the Tc and the Si.
See which one u like better, but personnaly I would choose the Si over the Tc any day...

defiantly scion tc. I own a 07 scion tc 3.0 release series it is so nice and u can do so much more to than a civic. in plus there r to many civics on the road

i had a civic not the ex though and i have a tc now and the tc is wayyyy better! and more fun to drive!
also i feel that the tc is a smoother drive.
and no the tc is for anyone looking for a great car at an affordable price
