is the Scion tC e-brake removable?

i have a 2008 scion tC and i was thinking about customizing it a little bit.
i wanted to get a momo e-brake handle for it but the one i like says check to see if the stock e-brake is removable, so my question is. is the tC e-brake removable?

and would this e-brake handle fit as its replacement?

i think its removable but dont quote me i have a 08 scion tc also but im not sure if you can but the e brake you chose is kick ass i want it
