...(front) tire went flat immediately. ? The tire was not repairable, so I bought 2 new ones. Thankfully, it seems to be driving and steering fine. But now I can hear that something is loose under that front side of the car. There's a banging noise when I go over bumps.

I'm going to contact a garage tomorrow. For now, what do you think that I may have frigged up under there and approx. repair costs?

You could just have arock or lug nut in your hubcap. A broken or loose shock or any number of things.Hard to estimate costs without knowing.Get a friend to look underneath for you to look for anything obvious first.Then have them ride with you and listen for noise second.Should discover something.
