What has more cargo capacity--a Scion xB or a Honda Element?

Figuring out which one to rent to move some boxes and small furniture.

The Element has more cargo capacity, but a lot of it of it is in interior height. With the seats down the Element's load floor is also slightly bigger, but the difference isn't that great. The clamshell doors may make loading the Element easier.

I didn't know that you could rent either of these vehicles. Unless you only have a few items to move, I'd go for a regular cargo van from U-Haul.
